1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to the following refund schedule:

• More than 14 days prior to the class start date: A full refund (100%) will be issued.
• Between 14 days and 8 days prior to the class start date: A 75% refund will be issued.
• Within 7 days of the class start date: No refunds will be issued.

Please note that course materials, supplies, space rental, and other administrative expenses are ordered and incurred prior to the commencement of the class. If a cancellation occurs within 7 days of the class start date, any expenses already incurred will be deducted from the course fee, and no remaining balance will be refunded.

2. Tardiness and Attendance Policy

This course is a Continuing Education course awarded by credit hours, and strict attendance requirements apply.

• On Day 1 only, students are granted a 10-minute grace period at the start of the day.
• After 15 minutes from the scheduled start time, no student will be admitted into class, and no refund will be granted.
• No tardiness is permitted after any breaks, including lunch.
• Once the classroom doors are closed, late entry will not be allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

These policies are strictly enforced to maintain the integrity of the course and ensure compliance with continuing education credit requirements.

3. Course Materials and Equipment

• All course materials will be provided.
• Massage tables will be provided for all students.

Because tables and materials are supplied, students are expected to arrive on time and prepared. Students are not required to transport massage tables, and tardiness cannot be excused due to equipment setup.Students are responsible for bringing:

• Table linens for personal use
• Massage lotion or oil for hands-on practice

4. Classroom Conduct and Recording Policy

• No video recording or photography is permitted at any time during class.
• This policy protects intellectual property, client privacy simulations, and the learning environment.

5. Dress Code and Participation Requirements

Students are expected to dress in business casual attire during lecture portions of the course.For hands-on practice, students must bring and be prepared to wear:

• Shorts
• A sports bra (as applicable)

Appropriate attire is required to participate in practical components of the course and to maintain a professional learning environment.

6. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By registering for this course and signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by all Continuing Education Course Policies, including cancellation, tardiness, attendance, conduct, and participation requirements.
